About Sykno

In November 2019, Sykno was founded as a spin-off of the Institute for Electronics Engineering at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg as an entrepreneurial company (UG) by Fabian Michler and Benedict Scheiner. Just one year later, in November 2020, the company was converted to a GmbH (limited liability company). Since then, Sykno GmbH has been located in the Innovations- und Gründerzentrum (IGZ) in Erlangen-Tennenlohe and is thus ideally accessible.

Sykno’s goal is to provide know-how in the field of high-frequency technology (RF technology) for all companies and to use the best possible components for this purpose, independent of the manufacturer.
Areas where we support you are for example:

  • RF systems & components
  • Innovative sensor systems
  • Communication systems
  • EMC measurements for mobile communications
  • Consulting
